Aursnes Gaia Ltd is a private holding and investment company, and is operational within asset classes, property and business investments. The company is headquartered in Norway, but has operations in both Norway and Eastern Europe.
Property investment in the company is primarily focused on investments in land area, land, property and the entry of their own housing and commercial projects for sale and rent.
Enterprise investment has focused on the creation and acquisition of businesses - either as a sole ownership or partnership with the founders/key people. Our function is the supply of equity/operating capital, skills and exercise an active value-creating ownership.
